Research Abstract
My lab research broadly focuses on integrating multi-scale theoretical, experimental, and physics-guided AI frameworks to study biological systems, from low-level molecular machineries to high-level cellular functionalities. We are also interested in designing biologically inspired cognitive AI models that enhance interpretability and enable reasoning over complex biological data. Our goal is to identify the interconnections and integrated mechanisms between the molecular environment and cellular functions with the hope of developing novel strategies for precise and personalized medicine.
