Research Abstract
Dr. Lena Shi is an Assistant Professor of Education Policy & Evaluation at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Her research evaluates the impact of policies and factors that affect college access, educational attainment, and economic mobility using big data, field experiments, and surveys. She designs and implements interventions and practices to improve education outcomes in partnership with states, colleges, and non-profits.
