CLINICAL INTERESTS
Dr. Phipps is trained as a general orthopedist with a subspeciality fellowship in pediatric orthopaedics. Dr. Phipps is highly interested in neuromuscular diseases in children. Additionally, Dr. Phipps has more than 17 years of experience in complicated trauma injuries
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Phipps main area of study involves hip disorders in children with cerebral palsy. Other interests are related to surgical reconstruction of severe pelvic and tibial fractures, and management of orthopaedic problems in patients that have had strokes.
