Research Abstract
Dr. Porter's research focuses on the fundamental aspects of employee-organizational relationships. He recently co-directed a project for the National Science Foundation on this issue. He was a major participant in several studies on management education sponsored by the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business and the Graduate Management Admission Council. Professor Porter is co-author of the book, Management Education and Development.
