Research Abstract
I have published book-length studies on the Greek satyr play, Aristophanes, Sophocles, Euripides, Seneca, classical comedy, and the theory of humor. For the past several years I have primarily devoting myself to producing editions of poetry and drama written in Latin in England during Shakespeare's time. I also maintain an ongoing data base of Homeric papyri and the variant textual readings they present, distributed by the American Philological Association.
