Research Abstract
My research interests focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms of neuropathic pain and cancer pain processing. Gene chip microarray and hypothesis-driven studies utilizing techniques of molecular and cell biology, immunohistochemistry and behavioral pharmacology are performed to study gene expression regulation and its contributions to pain transduction in experimental animal models.
